A world renowned global medical company are currently looking for an HRIS Manager with experience with WORKDAY on a permanent basis to work in their Dublin office. This opportunity is central to the companies continued implementation and development with Workday and their Global HRIS Operations.

 

The Job/Opportunity:

-          The HRIS Manager will be managing the day to day activities of the HRIS Team. This will range from support to project based work.

-          You will provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports to the Director of Finance.

-          The position will offer the HRIS Manager to both be hands on with HRIS as well as to work with senior members of the HR community and Finance to determine the HRIS strategy.

-          This will be very much a team management position where the HRIS Manager will be released to motivate and lead the HRIS Team of 5.

-          This role will release the HRIS Manager to run the HRIS Team freely and to grow in further experience with Workday.

 

Skills Required:

-          3 years’ experience within HRIS.

-          2 years’ experience with Workday. Modules of interest would be: Benefit, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation and Finance.

-          Previous experience with Taleo would be advantageous but not critical.

-          Management experience is preferred.

-          Working experience with HR practices and procedures.

A world transforming organisation based in New York are currently looking for a contract HRIS (workday) Analyst for an initial 6 months. The HRIS (Workday) Analyst will be based in the New York office but also support regional offices across America and Brazil, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Asia and Latin America.

 

The Role/Opportunity:

-          The HRIS (Workday) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Global HR team with data entry, reporting, analysis and data integrity for all HR Systems.

-          The HRIS Analyst will specifically be working with Workday.

-          You will define, develop and execute test plans and scripts for appropriate implementation of new functionality or modified functionality.

-          The HRIS Analyst with create ad-hoc reports whilst manipulating delivered reports to satisfy client needs.

-          As HRIS Analyst you will write and maintain user documentation and providing help desk support as well as developing training documentation.

 

Skills Required:

-          3 years HRIS experience

-          Working experience with business analysis and data analysis with HR Systems (Workday),

-          Project Management and Business Analytics best practices experience.

-          Experience working with Globally remote teams.

-          Strong knowledge and experience with data mining and data analytic methodologies.

A global retail company are currently going through a Global HRIS Transformation Project with Workday and are in Phase 1.5 of the implementation. The company currently require 2 Workday Business Analysts on a permanent basis.

 

The Job Overview:

-          The Workday Business Analyst will be expected to provide support for the HR Systems (Workday and Successfactors), brining an ability to maximize the usage of the platform.

-          1 year’s experience with Workday on a transformation or implementation project.

-          Currently 6,000 HRIS system users.

-          The Workday Business Analyst will provide specialist knowledge on Workday and Successfactors.

-          Work with the HRIS Manager to implement change requests.

-          Manage and configure system releases.

Skills and experience required:

The Job Overview:

-          The Manager will act as liaison between external vendors and have the ability to translate system technology into common business language.
