A leading financial organisation in London are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator on a permanent basis. The role offers a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing business critical Salesforce team.

 

The Role/Opportunity:

-          The Salesforce administrator will be involved in supporting and maintaining Salesforce and Pardot business applications.

-          Logging and tracking of problems through to resolution.

-          Working with the team to make continual improvements to the system based on customer feedback.

-          Managing workflow rules, formula fields, approval and escalation rules, user setup, customisation of objects and validations.

-          Day to day liaising with senior management, sales staff and Business Analysts.

 

Skills Required:

-          Certification of Salesforce Administration

-          Experience creating complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

-          Experience within a start-up environment.

-          Experience with hands on troubleshooting and issue management.

 

Bonus Skills:

-          Experience within Insurance or finance.
