                A leading Financial investment FinTech company are currently looking for a CRM Analyst on a permanent basis. The CRM Support Analyst will be based in the London office and will be providing 1st line support to clients as well as data customization to continually ensure Client satisfaction.


The Opportunity/Role:

-          The CRM Support Analyst will provide the vital 1st line support to all clients.

-          Will be given full responsibility to on-board all new users

-          You will be given mini projects to run

-          The client is keen to provide career progression so are keen for staff to take Microsoft qualifications and will assist with this.

-          Opportunity to provide new clients with training on the CRM


Skill Required:

-          1ST Line support experience with Microsoft Dynamics

-          Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, IE or Silverlight

-          Strong customer relationship skills

-          Ability to work to tight time frames.


Bonus Skills:

-          Web HTML/JavaScript

-          User support of any IT Product
